Our fresh cut mixed bouquets have become to most popular item we grow. All of our bouquets are hand made from flowers that are just a few hours old. They change every week throughout the season as the flowers change. Spring bouquets will have English garden flowers such delphiniums, iris, lilies and snapdragons. As the season changes, summer bouquets will be alive with radiant suflowers, zinnias and cockscomb celosia. The fall bouquets reflect the season with rich bronze chrysanthemums, golden marigolds and purple salvias. In the winter our greenhouses produce poppies, ranunculus, stocks and sweet peas.

Pamela puts all of our bouquets together by hand. As the flowers are brought in from the field, she lays the flowers out on tables around her. Starting at one end, she works in a circle, adding the flowers one by one till she reaches the end with a beautiful bouquet. Using this technique, she can make an incredible 60 bouquets an hour!

We began making our bouquets on our front porch after we put the kids to bed. We quickly ran out of space, so we took over the goat shed! Now we make up to 2000 bouquets a week, and last year we built an open air packing barn that doubles as our events area.

As soon as the bouquets are finished, they are loaded on our truck and delivered directly to the Central Market stores. The flowers are less than a day old when they go out on the floor!
