Good food, good music and the great people that make our community special.  Bring your best dish, and an instrument if your play one.  Everyone is welcome.

Saturday, October 31st
Dias de los Muertos
Celebrate the Mexican tradition of the Day of the Dead, where we invite friends and neighbors set up altars or ofrendas at the barn to celebrate the lives of family and friends that have departed.  The altars typically include lots of flowers, whimsical skeletons, photographs, and favorite foods of their loved ones.  Marigolds are the traditional flowers for the celebrations, and we grow acres of them.  We'll also be serving traditional Mexican treats such as Pan del Muerto, Pumpkin empanadas, and Mexican hot chocolate.  The altars will be up all week.
